STADIO (Pty) Ltd is inviting applications for the position of:
Module Coordinator – Research Methodology and Management Modules

Assumption date 01 January 2026

• Draft and review study material, lessons and class activities in research methodology
  
  Setting of assessments, marking guidelines and rubrics
  
  Learning design for allocated modules
  
  Research and community engagement
  
  Qualifications and experience | minimum requirements:

Research masters degree in management sciences

At least 3 years’ experience in higher education and research

Experience in drafting of learning material and assessments

Functional knowledge of the canvas learning management system would be advantageous

• Independent and team work:
  Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Communication skills:
  Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal abilities.
• Presentation and facilitation:
  Competency in delivering content and leading discussions or workshops.
• Computer literacy and E-learning:
  Proficiency with technology and online education tools.
• Planning and organizational skills:
  Effective in managing tasks and priorities.
• Time management:
  Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge and skills in relevant field:
  Expertise in the specific area of focus, with an emphasis on learning, teaching, research, community engagement, and leadership.
• Willingness to expand knowledge:
  Openness to learning and teaching across multiple fields of management
