Mechanical Engineer - Oil & Gas; Saudi Arabia

A leading Talent Acquisition Company in Saudi Arabia is searching for a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer - Oil & Gas to join their team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be tasked with designing and overseeing the implementation of mechanical systems and equipment related to oil and gas projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.

• Design, analyze, and develop mechanical systems for oil and gas projects, including pipelines, compressors, and rotating equipment.
• Conduct feasibility studies and prepare detailed technical specifications and project documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical designs with other engineering disciplines.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of mechanical systems, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for mechanical systems throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated on industry advancements and innovations to enhance mechanical engineering practices in the oil and gas sector.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, specifically in the oil and gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems design, including experience with pipelines, valves, and rotating equipment.
• Familiarity with international standards and codes applicable to the oil and gas sector.
• Proficient in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Solid Works, or equivalent.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
