Process Engineer - Oil & Gas; Saudi Arabia

A leading Talent Acquisition Company in Saudi Arabia is looking for a talented Process Engineer specializing in Oil & Gas to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. As a Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, analyzing, and optimizing the various processes involved in oil and gas production. Your work will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and safe operation of our clients’ facilities.

If selected, the job location would be onsite at Saudi Arabia.

• Design and implement process engineering solutions for oil and gas production, refining, and distribution.
• Conduct performance analysis of existing processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop and oversee process flow diagrams (P&IDs) and technical documentation to support operational activities.
• Perform process simulations and modeling to support project development and decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with safety and operations teams to conduct risk assessments and HAZOP studies.
• Provide support during the startup phases of new projects, ensuring all safety and operational standards are met.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in process engineering within the oil and gas sector.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in process engineering, specifically within the oil and gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of process design, optimization, and simulation software, such as HYSYS or Aspen Plus.
• Experience with process safety management and risk assessment methodologies, including HAZOP.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in technical documentation and project management.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
