Overview
Confirmed title is Senior RF Engineer
. 100% on-site role in Cape Town
. Only open for RSA citizens.
- Design, develop, and test RF circuits, subsystems, and antennas.
- Define and oversee product architectures for radar, radio, and signal intelligence systems.
- BEng Degree in Electronic Engineering (not BTech or BEngTech). MEng will be beneficial.
- 10+ years post-graduate experience in RF.
- Proficiency in MATLAB, Ansys, HFSS, and Altium.
- RF circuit and subsystem design expertise.
- Antenna design, including patch antennas.
- Measurement techniques and wireless communication skills.
- Beam forming, radar systems, radios, and detect‑and‑avoid radar knowledge.
- Power amplifiers, mixers, low-noise amplifiers, and diplexers.
- High-speed digital-to-analog and analog-to-digital converters.
- Circulators, splitters, and combiners.
- Regulatory compliance requirements.
