Now, we’re expanding our Renewable Energy Team and looking for a curious, driven, and hands-on Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join us on our mission to become a global leader in clean energy and technology integration.

What You’ll Do
This isn’t your average grad job — you’ll be at the heart of real projects shaping the energy systems of the future.
You’ll gain hands-on experience in:
- Mechanical Design & Engineering: Assist with the design, review, and optimisation of mechanical systems for renewable energy, hydrogen, and industrial energy projects.
- Project Development Support: Contribute to feasibility studies, technical specifications, and tender documentation.
- Equipment & Systems Analysis: Support the selection, sizing, and assessment of mechanical equipment (e.g. piping, rotating equipment, structures, thermal systems).
- Site Exposure: Participate in site inspections, construction support, commissioning, and operational performance reviews.
- Hydrogen & Industrial Systems: Gain exposure to hydrogen production facilities, balance-of-plant systems, and process infrastructure.
- Collaboration: Work closely with electrical, civil, environmental, and project development teams across multiple geographies.
- Safety & Compliance: Learn and apply relevant South African and international mechanical, pressure, and HSE standards.
What You’ll Bring
- A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or in the final stages of completing one).
- A genuine interest in renewable energy, sustainability, and industrial infrastructure.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset — because great engineering is never done in isolation.
