We are looking for a motivated Industrial Engineering graduate to join our Sea Harvest Graduate Programme and help shape smarter, more efficient systems across our operations. This is a hands‑on opportunity to apply your analytical skills, problem‑solving mindset, and passion for optimization in a real‑world environment.

• Analyze and improve processes across production, logistics and operations
• Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Process Optimization)
• Use data to drive efficiency, quality and cost improvements
• Work on cross‑functional projects with experienced engineers and business leaders.

• A recent graduate with a degree in Industrial Engineering
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Interest in process improvement, systems thinking and data‑driven decision‑making
• Proficient in tools such as Excel, data analysis software or simulation tools is an advantage

• A structured graduate development programme with mentoring and training
• Exposure to multiple areas of the business
