Contract Type: Full-Time

A leading renewable energy developer is seeking a Civil Supervisor with strong wind farm experience to oversee civil construction activities on site. The role will focus on ensuring quality delivery, HSE compliance, and adherence to project timelines across large-scale renewable energy projects.

• Supervise civil construction activities (foundations, roads, drainage, grid works)
• Monitor contractor performance, progress, and quality of work
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and HSE requirements
• Identify risks, delays, and potential clashes between contractors
• Review contractor schedules and support planning coordination
• Conduct site inspections, testing oversight, and quality checks
• Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation
• Attend site meetings and liaise with contractors and project teams
• Track progress and report on timelines, costs, and performance
• Support commissioning, punch listing, and project close-out activities

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred)
• Or relevant qualification with strong site‑based experience

• 5+ years’ experience as a Civil / Site Supervisor
• Proven experience on wind farm or renewable energy projects
