A leading engineering firm in Cape Town is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to oversee a multi-disciplinary team delivering solar, battery, and microgrid solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in renewable energy and experience managing teams of Engineers. Responsibilities include managing quality, signing off designs, and mentoring Junior Engineers. This position offers a competitive remuneration package of R1,000,000 to R1,500,000 annually.
