Guardian Recruiting (Pty) Ltd is looking for a skilled Industrial Engineer in Cape Town to enhance operational effectiveness in manufacturing. With approximately 5 years’ experience, the candidate will lead projects aimed at improving production and supply chain efficiencies.
Responsibilities include driving process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring successful project outcomes. A degree in Industrial Engineering is preferred, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
