• Solid background in network and security support within an MSP or VAR environment
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise networking: routing, switching, VPNs, WAN
• Experience with network security platforms such as Fortinet or Cisco
• Practical Microsoft Azure knowledge (IaaS, networking, backup and DR concepts)
• Exposure to hybrid environments—on‑premises and cloud
• Relevant certifications: CCNA, Fortinet, Azure (or willingness to obtain them)
• Bonus: SD‑WAN/SASE experience, AWS networking, or a taste for VMware
