Implement Reliability-centred maintenance (RCM), Failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA), and root cause analysis (e.g., 5 Why, Fishbone) to address top losses. Define critical equipment list and spares strategy. Establish and mature Total Productive Maintenance with Operations (Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Early Equipment Management).
Asset & CMMS ManagementDeploy and govern Computerized Maintenance Management (e.g., Maintain

Ensure high equipment availability and OEE support through disciplined PM compliance, swift breakdown response, and effective escalation. Coordinate shutdowns/changeovers and major overhauls with Production and Planning. Manage contractors and OEMs for specialized work and warranties.
