Senior Renewable Energy Engineers | Solar PV & BESS

We are seeking to connect with experienced Renewable Energy Engineers with strong backgrounds in solar PV, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and power infrastructure projects. This opportunity is suited to professionals working across commercial and industrial (C&I), utility-scale, and Independent Power Producer (IPP) environments who are contributing to the growth of renewable energy systems.

• Experience in solar PV and BESS design, including system configuration, sizing, and integration.
• Knowledge of grid integration and power system studies, including connection requirements and network performance.
• Experience in energy modelling and system optimisation to improve performance and efficiency.
• Strong project engineering and technical leadership experience across renewable energy developments.
• Understanding of operations and maintenance (O&M) strategies and asset performance management.
• Exposure to utility-scale and embedded generation projects, including C&I and IPP environments.
• Proficiency in PVSyst for solar PV system simulation and yield assessment.
• Experience using PVSol or Helioscope for PV design and performance modelling.
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD for technical drawings and design documentation.
• Experience with ETAP or DIgSILENT Power Factory for power system analysis will be advantageous.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Energy, Mechatronic, or Mechanical Engineering (BEng or BSc).
• ECSA registration will be advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in renewable energy engineering.
