Kimberly-Clark in Cape Town seeks a Mechanical Engineer Team Leader to ensure safe, reliable and efficient operation of manufacturing assets at Epping Mill. You will lead mechanical maintenance teams, develop strategies, troubleshoot complex issues and drive continuous improvement across safety, quality and performance.
The role requires managing maintenance planning, CAPEX projects, and co-ordinating with Operations to maximise MTBF and asset life.
