• Design, develop, and implement PLC and SCADA control systems to meet operational requirements.

• Lead control system projects from conception through to commissioning, ensuring adherence to quality standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise manufacturing processes and improve system reliability.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex control system issues swiftly to minimise downtime.

• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in control system engineering.

• Develop and program PLC and SCADA systems tailored to FMCG manufacturing needs.

• Validate system functionalities through rigorous testing and commissioning.

• Document control system processes, configurations, and procedures.

• Maintain and upgrade existing control systems for improved performance.

• Support production teams with technical expertise and system troubleshooting.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in control system engineering.

• Proven expertise in PLC Programming and SCADA Programming.

• Strong understanding of automation technologies within the FMCG industry.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively on-site and lead projects independently.

• Experience with specific PLC brands and SCADA systems.

• Additional engineering or automation certifications.
