Utopia Design is seeking an experienced On-site MEP Engineer for a luxury project in Cape Town, South Africa. The full onsite role requires relocation to the Cape Town region and reports to the MEP Manager and Head of Construction within a multidisciplinary team.
Ideal candidate will have 7–15 years in design consultancy or general contracting, strong English communication, and proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD to support Electrical/HVAC/Plumbing design integration on a landmark hospitality
