About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Solar Project Engineer to join our dynamic renewable energy team. You will play a key role in the design, planning, and execution of solar PV projects across commercial, industrial, and utility-scale applications. This position offers the opportunity to lead technical delivery while contributing to the transition toward sustainable energy.

• Lead the engineering design and layout of solar PV systems using industry-standard software.
• Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and energy yield analyses.
• Prepare technical drawings, schematics, and documentation for project proposals.
• Oversee procurement, bills of materials, and cost estimation.
• Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and maintenance phases.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, local regulations, and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to deliver projects on time and within budget.

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years’ experience in solar PV project engineering.
• Proficiency with design tools such as AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, grid integration, and renewable energy technologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
