Utopia in Cape Town seeks an On-site MEP Engineer to support a landmark luxury hospitality project from construction through delivery. This fully onsite role requires relocation to the Cape Town region and reports to the MEP Manager and Head of Construction.
The ideal candidate has 7–15 years’ experience in design consultancy or general contracting, with expertise in Electrical/HVAC/Plumbing design and proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
