The purpose of this role is to support the delivery of high-quality civil and electrical engineering drawings, models and digital deliverables across renewable energy, transmission and distribution, and wider infrastructure projects. Typical projects may include solar PV, battery energy storage systems (BESS), wind energy developments, substations, transmission lines, underground cablesystemsand associated infrastructure. The role will contribute to projects from feasibility and concept development through to detailed design and construction support, working closely with multidisciplinary teams across local,regional and international markets.

The role contributes toArup integrated, multidisciplinary designapproachby working collaboratively with engineers, BIMtechniciansand other disciplines to produceaccurate,coordinatedandtimelyproject outputsfrom scheme design through to detailed design and final deliverables.

Alldocumentation produced must be self-checked for accuracy, completeness, coordination,errorsand omissions before issue and before submission through

Arup’sinternal review and checking processes, where applicable.

The role support technical excellence, quality assurance, digitalcapabilityand efficient project delivery, while contributing positively to Arup’s culture of collaboration, learning,inclusionandinnovation.

You will be expected to be conversant with these tools and to continue developing CAD,Revit,BIM and digital skills through Arup learning resources, SharePoint self-learning tools, in-house guidance, projectexperienceand support from colleagues.

• Produce and maintain civil and electrical engineering drawings, models, and documentation for renewable energy, transmission, distribution, and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver accurate, integrated, and project-compliant design outputs.
• Ensure quality and compliance through self-checking, adherence to standards, and resolution of technical and coordination issues.
• Deliver project outputs efficiently by meeting deadlines, maintaining records, managing risks, and using BIM, CAD, and digital tools effectively.
• Contribute to team success through collaboration, knowledge sharing, continuous skills development, and process improvement initiatives.
