Senior Structural Engineer

The Senior Structural Engineer will lead structural design and project delivery across a range of built environment projects for public and private sector clients. The role involves managing client and senior stakeholder relationships, ensuring projects meet programme, design specifications, quality, and budget requirements, while contributing to team leadership, business development, and the growth of the V3 brand and culture.

• Internal and external stakeholder engagement and management
• Design management and project implementation
• Documentation management and quality assurance
• Construction monitoring and contract administration (project-specific)
• Project budgets and cost management (when delegated)
• Managing and mentoring support staff
• Business development and networking

Business Unit Manager

Minimum Qualifications

• BSc Civil Engineering, BTech Civil Engineering, or Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering

Professional Registration(s)

• Registered with ECSA as Pr. Eng. or Pr. Tech.
• Registration with NHBRC beneficial
• Registration with GBCSA beneficial

Years of Relevant Experience

• 5+ years post-professional registration experience

Preferred Project Experience

• Built environment, particularly building-related projects

Technical Skills / Software Required

• AutoCAD
• Prokon
• AEC packages, Revit, or BIM experience beneficial
• Experience with JBCC and NEC suites of contracts beneficial

Additional Requirements

• Valid driver’s licence
• Own vehicle
