Are you an ambitious engineer looking to build your career in the renewable energy sector?
We're partnering with a fast-growing renewable energy developer and EPC delivering commercial & industrial solar PV and battery energy storage projects across South Africa and Africa. They are looking for a Junior Electrical Engineer to join their Cape Town team and play a key role in designing and delivering innovative energy solutions.
What you'll be doing:Electrical system design and implementation
Supporting solar PV and BESS projects through the full lifecycle
Technical evaluations and feasibility studies
Troubleshooting and technical support
Collaborating with project teams to ensure successful delivery
Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of electrical engineering principles and standards
Renewable energy experience is advantageous
Knowledge of SANS 10142-1 and NRS 097 is beneficial
