Zutari Tshwane / Cape Town is currently looking for Engineer’s Representatives (Resident Engineers) to join their team, responsible for contracts management within the project’s environment, with a special focus on SANRAL Projects.

• BSc or BEng or BTech in Civil Engineering
• Pr Eng or Pr Tech Registration with ECSA
• Pr CMP Registration with SACPCMP will be an advantage
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in construction and/or projects site supervision
• Experience as Engineer’s Representative on SANRAL project/s is required
• Thorough working knowledge of specifications and Bill of Quantities (COLTO / COTO, SANS 1200, project specific etc.)
• Thorough working knowledge of Conditions of Contract (FIDIC 1999, NEC 3/4, GCC 2010/2015 and JBCC) will be beneficial
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
