Senior Production Engineer - Oil & Gas

You will play a crucial part in maximizing production output, diagnosing operational issues, and implementing effective solutions. • Monitor daily production operations, analyze performance data, and identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Troubleshoot production-related issues, including equipment malfunctions, flow assurance challenges, and well performance problems.
• Develop and implement workover, intervention, and artificial lift strategies to enhance well productivity.
• Collaborate with reservoir and facilities engineers to ensure integrated field development and production management.
• Oversee the execution of maintenance and repair activities, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Prepare technical reports, operational summaries, and recommendations for management, utilizing data-driven insights.

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in production engineering within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Strong understanding of production operations, artificial lift systems, and well testing principles.
• Proficiency in production data analysis and performance monitoring software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in both team and independent settings.
