• A Relevant B Tech/B Eng/BSc in Civil Engineering
• Experience 8
  -10 years required (Post First Relevant Tertiary Qualification)
• Registration as Professional Engineering Technologist (Pr Tech Eng) or Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) with ECSA essential
• Proficiency in MS Office applications

• Manage the operation and maintenance of road drainage infrastructure through providing operational and technical support to the various RIM regional offices.
• Develops, implements and monitors infrastructure asset and maintenance management systems.
• To provide leadership and integrated management for the effective operations of road drainage infrastructure, ensuring it is systematically developed, operated and maintained by relevant stakeholders in alignment with service objectives.
• Develops, implements, review and maintains information management systems to support strategic and tactical planning, assisting with flood incident management and CCTV inspection data whilst also enabling performance monitoring and reporting.
• Formulating and reviewing annual tenders in line with City’s
• Manage, develop and/or implement multiple high risk, complex projects or minor to medium sized programmes.
• Manage and administer all financial affairs and assets ensuring full legal compliance.
