Requirements- Minimum 3 years’ experience as an MEP Revit Draughtsman
- Education:
National Certificate or Diploma in Multi-disciplinary Drawing Office Practice (MDDOP), Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related qualification - Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP
- Experience with in a consulting engineering or building services environment
- Experience working on MEP building services projects
- Residential or hotel MEP experience will be highly advantageous
- Strong understanding of Revit modelling and technical drawing standards
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A driven individual with a willingness to learn and develop
- Develop and maintain detailed MEP models using Revit
- Produce accurate technical drawings and construction documentation
- Assist engineers with the development and coordination of building services designs
- Coordinate MEP services with architectural and structural disciplines
- Make revisions and updates to drawings and models as required
- Ensure drawings and models comply with project and company standards
- Assist with multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection
- Liaise with engineers and other project team members to ensure accurate project deliverables
- Contribute to efficient BIM and Revit workflows
- Take on increasing responsibility as technical skills and experience develop within the business
