Key Responsibilities- Design and engineer mechanical components and systems for renewable energy applications, focusing on efficiency and reliability.
- Create detailed 2D and 3D designs, technical drawings, and specifications using CAD software.
- Perform structural analysis, stress calculations, and thermal assessments to validate designs.
- Collaborate with electrical engineers, project managers, and manufacturing partners to bring designs to fruition.
- Research and implement new materials and technologies to enhance product performance and reduce costs.
- Prepare technical documentation, including Bills of Materials and assembly instructions.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in mechanical design, with a focus on system or component engineering.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Solid Works) and simulation tools.
- Understanding of renewable energy systems is a strong asset.
- Solid grasp of mechanical principles, material properties, and manufacturing processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
