• Lead the conceptualization, design, and engineering of advanced water treatment and wastewater management systems.
• Oversee process simulations, P&t, and equipment specification.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for engineering initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of chemical engineers and technical staff.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for new water treatment projects.
• Ensure all designs comply with stringent industry standards, environmental regulations, and client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and R&D, to deliver integrated solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing technical consultation and support.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in water treatment.
• Prepare comprehensive technical proposals and project documentation.

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in chemical engineering, with a specialization in water and wastewater treatment.
• Demonstrated experience in leading engineering teams and managing complex projects.
• Expertise in membrane technologies, ion exchange, disinfection processes, and conventional water treatment methods.
• Proficiency in process modeling software and CAD tools.
• Strong understanding of chemical kinetics, mass transfer, and environmental engineering principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with project financial management and contract negotiation.
• Professional Engineer (Pr.Eng) registration is essential.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites within
