• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of automation engineers and technicians.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in industrial automation engineering.
• Strong proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell) and SCADA systems.
• Experience with industrial robotics (e.g., KUKA, FANUC, ABB).
• Demonstrated experience in leading engineering teams and managing complex projects.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• In-depth knowledge of industrial networks and communication protocols.
• Proficiency in CAD software for system design.
