• Develop and implement advanced engineering strategies for gas turbine engines, electric propulsion, or hybrid systems.
• Conduct in-depth performance analysis, thermodynamic modeling, and structural integrity assessments.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless production and compliance.
• Define and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for propulsion system initiatives.
• Drive innovation in propulsion technology, exploring novel materials, designs, and operational strategies.
• Ensure all designs and processes adhere to strict aviation safety regulations and quality standards.
• Present technical findings and project updates to senior management and key stakeholders.

• Master's degree or PhD in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field with a specialization in propulsion.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in aviation propulsion systems engineering, with demonstrated leadership experience.
• Extensive knowledge of jet engine technology, thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and combustion principles.
• Proven experience with propulsion system design tools, simulation software (e.g., ANSYS Fluent, NPSS), and testing methodologies.
• Strong understanding of aviation certification processes (e.g., EASA, FAA) and related regulations.
• Exceptional leadership, project management, and team collaboration skills.
