Lead Mechanical Engineer - Industrial Machinery

• Lead and mentor a team of mechanical engineers and designers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of mechanical design projects, from initial concept generation to final product release.
• Develop detailed 3D models, technical drawings, and specifications for complex machinery components and assemblies.
• Perform advanced engineering calculations and simulations, including stress, thermal, and vibration analysis.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and client-specific requirements.
• Collaborate closely with production, procurement, and sales departments to ensure manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and marketability of designs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex engineering issues that arise during design, manufacturing, or field operation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in design processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Prepare and present technical proposals and project updates to senior management and clients.

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in mechanical design, with at least 3 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing heavy industrial machinery or complex mechanical systems.
• Advanced proficiency in industry-standard CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Solid Works, Inventor) and FEA tools.
• In-depth knowledge of materials science, manufacturing processes (machining, fabrication, casting), and assembly techniques.
• Exceptional leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Strong project management capabilities and a proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
• Analytical mindset with superior problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with international engineering standards and regulatory compliance.
