Your key job responsibilities as the Retention Specialist in Cape Town :

  • Develop and implement retention strategies that resonate with our diverse player base
  • Analyse player behaviour and data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create engaging promotions, rewards, and campaigns
  • Craft personalised communication that connect with players on a meaningful level
  • Monitor and optimise player retention metrics, making data-driven decisions to enhance player experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to remain at the forefront of retention strategies

    • Requirements for this Retention Specialist job in Cape Town :

  • 3+ Years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience in iGaming and a solid understanding of the iGaming landscape
  • A knack for building and maintaining relationships that last
  • Excellent communication skills and a talent for understanding player needs
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and extract insights
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box
  • A collaborative spirit and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic team environment
