As part of your role, your responsibilities will include:

• Liaise with Tech stakeholders & auditors to explain & document the requirements.
• Facilitate internal & external IT audit, including timelines.
• Collecting & gathering control evidence from control owners, gathering evidence itself and communicating issues.
• Submitting evidence for review to the ERP leadership team for approval for submission
• Initiating policies review and leading standardisation of policies across segments.
• Set-up and Monitoring of SOX requirements, Internal Audit and External Audit.
• Collaborating with the business and control owner to ensure that SOX controls are being actioned and evidence is provided on time.
• Updating Jira Tickets to reflect additional requirements or changes.
• Ensure that evidence is collected prior to audit and requirement deadlines.
• Be the go-to person for SOX IT controls, Internal and External Audit for the Fintech Team.
• Provide reporting on the progress of SOX controls.

• Relevant Tertiary Qualification
• Microsoft Office 365 experience
• A Good understanding of the relationship between risks and controls.
• Serve as the intermediary between the Technology team and External parties (Consultants and Auditors).
• Ability to build professional working relationships to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Communication skills and ability to present the status to stakeholders.
• Be able to manage multiple work pieces at one time.
• Driving standardisation of ways of working to align to a single vision.

It would be great if you also have some of the following skills:

• In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends
• Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations
• Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards
• Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies
• Knowledge of IT controls.
• Experience in working with external and internal audit teams.
• Experience in working with Dynamics 365, Atlassian tool and TM1.
