As VIP Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-value players
, ensuring they receive the highest level of attention, service, and tailored experiences. You'll act as their trusted point of contact, developing strong relationships while delivering programs and initiatives that maximize engagement, retention, and lifetime value.

- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with VIP players, acting as their personal point of contact.
- Deliver tailored experiences, promotions, and events that reward loyalty and strengthen player engagement.
- Provide proactive, personalized communication to anticipate player needs.
- Manage the end-to-end VIP program, ensuring segmentation, tiering, and reward structures are aligned to maximize value.
- Work closely with CRM, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver exclusive campaigns and initiatives.
- Develop player engagement strategies that balance exceptional service with commercial performance.
- Provide world‑class support
, ensuring VIPs receive priority service across all channels. - Monitor player satisfaction and resolve issues swiftly, escalating where required.
- Arrange hospitality, events, and experiences tailored to VIP needs and preferences.
- Track and analyse player activity, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Report on KPIs including player retention, ARPU, churn, and lifetime value.
- Use insights to continuously improve VIP services and maximize ROI.
- Ensure all VIP engagement is conducted in line with regulatory requirements and responsible gaming practices
. - Work closely with compliance teams to monitor player activity and mitigate risk.
- Proven experience as a VIP Manager, VIP Executive, or Account Manager in iGaming, sports betting, or luxury services.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage with high‑net‑worth individuals.
- Commercially minded with experience driving player retention and revenue growth
. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills confident, articulate, and empathetic.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, live‑event‑driven environment
. - Multilingual abilities (particularly European or African languages) are advantageous.
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years experience in VIP management, customer experience, or account management.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis platforms.
- Manage relationships with top‑tier players in a high‑profile role.
