Box is seeking a CRM Team Lead for an iGaming operator in Cape Town. You will coordinate CRM campaigns across channels and lead a team of 5+ CRM professionals in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
You will drive campaign execution, performance insights and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product and Retention to meet business objectives. English fluency required with preference for additional languages.
