Regional Operations Manager; iGaming

Our client, a gaming operator, is looking for an operational leader with iGaming or sports betting experience to strengthen operational delivery.

This opportunity could suit a Regional Operations Manager who combines practical execution with strong team leadership.

The Opportunity:

Help translate business priorities into consistent day-to-day execution. You will bring structure, accountability and a hands-on approach to operational performance, working with business leadership and operational teams.

The role is intended for someone who understands the realities of running operations in the betting or iGaming sector and can take ownership of delivery. The precise geographical remit and management structure will be agreed as the role is defined.

What you will focus on:

• Coordinate operational execution across the agreed territory or market.
• Support operational teams with clear priorities, practical processes and accountability.
• Monitor performance, identify operational issues and follow through on improvements.
• Improve consistency in service delivery and the customer experience.
• Work across functions to resolve bottlenecks and keep operations aligned with business priorities.
• Help business leadership strengthen operational oversight and execution.
• Support adherence to relevant operating procedures, regulatory requirements and responsible gambling standards.

What you will bring:

• Experience in, or meaningful exposure to, iGaming or sports betting.
  
  This is essential.
• Operational leadership experience at regional, territory or country level, or comparable responsibility for teams, sites or market operations.
• A hands-on approach to solving problems and improving operating performance.
• The ability to lead teams, establish clear expectations and hold people accountable for delivery.
• Sound commercial judgement and confidence working with operational performance information.
• Clear communication and the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and colleagues across functions.

Experience working for a betting or iGaming operator is particularly relevant.
