We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Creditors Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in finance, be a fast learner, have contactable references, and possess proven experience and qualifications in creditors / finance.

• Process and reconcile accounts payable transactions in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain vendor relationships and address any inquiries or discrepancies
• Prepare and review supplier statements and reconcile to the general ledger
• Verify and process expense reports
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

• Proven experience working in a creditors or finance role
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Contactable references

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
