Junior Bookkeeper

An opportunity exists within a Digital printing context for a Junior Bookkeeper to join a growing team.

Providing support to the finance team, your role will include but is not limited to:

• Cash book for 2 Companies
• Stock GRN's
• Inventory Control
• Daily invoicing
• Costing for imports
• Supplier invoices and month end recons including payment preparation
• Evidence of Importation to banks
• Debtors monthly statements
• Credit Card processing
• Depreciation and fixed asset register maintenance
• Credit checks and credit application processing
• Arranging transport for local sales
• Month end reports
• Follow up on debtors outstanding payments

Essential requirements:

• 3-year tertiary qualification (finance/accounting related)
• Proven financial administration/bookkeeping practical experience
• Aptitude to learn quickly
• Strong MS Excel skills
