The Purpose of the Relationship Consultant Role is to build, manage, and strengthen strategic relationships with external business partners, including developers, originators, and estate agents. The role supports regional sales strategies by driving business performance, ensuring partner capabilities through training, and maintaining full compliance with Home Loan Policies and legislative requirements
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, sustainable relationships with external business partners such as developers, originators and estate agents
- Act as a trusted point of contact for partners, ensuring effective engagement and collaboration
- Drive Financial performance in line with regional strategy and business plan
- Achieve registration targets as outlined in the sales and business plan
- Support and facilitate credit, pricing, and valuation appeal processes
- Provide ongoing training to business partners on Home Loan Products, processes, and policies updates
- Identify training needs arising from non-compliance or performance gaps and address them proactively
- Deliver Excellence service by resolving partner queries within agreed service level agreements (SLA)
- Ensure Consistent, professional communication and support to all Stakeholders
- Ensure 100% compliance with the Bank's lending policies and procedures
- Complete all mandatory compliance training
- Adhere to legislative requirements including financial intelligence centre Act (FICA) and National Credit Act (NCA)
- Identify, monitor, and address fraudulent trends within the business environment
- Business Degree (Preferred)
- Minimum of 4 years experience in Home Loans
- At Least 2 year Home Loan processing experience
- At least 2 years banking sales and relationship management experience
- Strong Knowledge of Home Loan products, policies, and processes
- Understanding of sales processes and client service principles
- High Level of Computer Literacy
- Sound understanding of compliance, risk and regulatory requirements

Bachelors Degree and Professional

Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
