Step into a high-impact role optimising complex financial workflows in a fast-moving, tech-driven marketplace. This is not traditional finance, this is where process, data, and controls meet real operational impact.
What you’ll own

• Analyse and redesign end-to-end marketplace finance processes
• Streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and strengthen controls
• Build dashboards, KPIs, and automated reporting for real visibility
• Identify risk and compliance gaps and implement solutions
• Partner across Finance, Tech, Product, and Operations to drive change

You’re a fit if you

• Have 3–5+ years in financial analysis, business analysis, or process improvement
• Excel at process mapping, optimisation, and implementation
• Understand financial controls, risk, and compliance
• Are confident with Excel, ERPs, and BI tools
• Thrive in fast-paced, tech-enabled environments
