Role Overview

A dominant, vertically integrated citrus enterprise operating across farming, packing, processing, international trading, logistics and asset platforms is appointing a Group Chief Executive / Chief Financial Officer to take full command of strategy, capital, and performance.

This is a rare mandate suited to a heavyweight executive who understands citrus at a molecular level and can operate credibly with global investors, financiers, boards and counter parties. The successful candidate will run the room. They will set the agenda in any forum, interrogate assumptions, and bring executive presence that signals authority. This is not an operational farming role. It is a high-stakes commercial leadership position requiring deep industry mastery, financial sophistication, and strategic dominance.

The remit is to drive disciplined growth, acquisitions, capital efficiency and long-term value creation across international markets while preserving governance, sustainability and investor confidence throughout the citrus value chain.

Requirements
