Financial Manager

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance

• Preferred: Professional registration

• Additional: Postgraduate qualification advantageous

Experience

• Minimum 5 years in financial management or accounting

• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

• Exposure to EPC / Renewable Energy industry preferred

• Proven ability to prepare and analyze management accounts

Skills

• Financial reporting and management accounts preparation

• Budgeting and forecasting

• Team leadership and staff development

• Strong communication (written and verbal)

• Proficiency in Xero, MS Office Suite, and financial software

Knowledge

• GAAP & IFRS standards

• Tax and compliance regulations

• Industry-specific financial practices (EPC / Renewable Energy)
