Consultant - Financial Advisory

We're looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Consultant to join our specialist advisory division, working directly with the division lead. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands‑on experience with diverse clients across the globe, including startups, high‑growth SMEs, investment funds, and companies in the exciting emerging tech and blockchain space.

• Developing and refining sophisticated financial models and projections to support strategic decision‑making and fundraising efforts
• Leading comprehensive financial due diligence for investors, assessing target companies across various sectors
• Providing expert support for accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Managing treasury functions and strategies for clients, optimising capital efficiency
• Guiding early‑stage companies in the preparation, review, and optimisation of investor materials, including pitch decks and financial summaries
• Designing and modelling robust tokenomics structures for blockchain and Web3 ventures
• Delivering insightful ad hoc advisory services, addressing unique client challenges with tailored solutions

• 3 to 5 years of experience
• Newly Qualified CA(SA) or 3‑5 years of experience in financial services
