Junior Risk & Revenue Preservation Manager

Lead Capital Group is seeking a commercially astute and analytically strong Junior Risk & Revenue Preservation Manager to join our Risk / Commercial team. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of portfolio management, fraud analysis, client relations, disputes, and team leadership. We are looking for someone who understands that effective risk management is about protecting revenue, strengthening client relationships, and leading teams to execute with precision — not creating operational bottlenecks.

In this role, you will:

• Safeguard and grow active client portfolios
• Lead and develop a small risk/support team
• Reduce financial exposure from fraud and chargebacks
• Improve dispute recovery rates with banking partners
• Strengthen internal controls while preserving commercial momentum

• Monitor client portfolios to identify financial, behavioral, and fraud-related risks
• Implement proactive interventions to reduce churn and protect revenue
• Analyze high-volume sales and payment data to identify exposure trends

• Oversee fraud investigations and suspicious activity reviews
• Identify systemic control gaps and implement improvements
• Balance fraud prevention with a seamless client experience

• Manage the full chargeback and dispute lifecycle
• Develop strong representment strategies to improve recovery rates
• Monitor dispute ratios and manage risk thresholds proactively
• Maintain professional relationships with acquiring banks and payment providers

• Handle sensitive escalations with professionalism and diplomacy
• Ensure recovery processes protect long-term client value
• Identify recurring operational issues impacting retention

• Supervise and guide junior risk/support team members
• Set performance standards and monitor KPIs
• Provide coaching, oversight, and quality control on investigations and dispute submissions
• Foster a culture of accountability, precision, and commercial awareness

• Experience in risk, portfolio management, fraud analysis, disputes, or revenue protection
• Proven experience managing or mentoring team members
• Exposure to high-volume or fast-paced commercial environments
• Strong analytical and investigative mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel essential)
• French or Spanish is advantageous
