Senior Credit Analyst

Job Description

Looking for a Credit analyst who wants to grow within their field.

Requirements:

• Accounting/finance or maths/quants orientated degree –

B.Com;

B.Bus.

Sci; or CA background, CFA or equivalent

• Must have a minimum of 5 years industry experience in credit and risk industry, preferably in corporate finance/finance/legal/SME environment or a development finance institution.

• Must have a demonstrable passion for lending/markets and for empowering companies and have a passion for numbers and analysis

• Experience in quantitative/financial work and analysing businesses from a financially sustainable point of view. Constructing scenarios or analysing information to come up with recommendations

• Knowledge of:
Quantitative techniques/ research methods / methodologies. Knowledge of market drivers. Accounting and corporate tax concepts. Companies Act.
