Senior Transactor

To support the Investments Director and Transactions Manager in taking renewable energy projects from preferred bidder status to financial close by running project commercial negotiations, settling project agreements, implementing the strategy of achieving financial close, with the oversight of the Transactions Manager, and supporting development of the Transactors. To support the responsibilities of the Transactions Manager by managing the Financial Close process with the Transactions team.

• Playing a leading role in the implementation of specific transactions and bringing renewable energy project transactions to Financial Close with the support of the Investment Director and Transactions Manager, through the commercial negotiation, preparation, and review of all legal agreements with the support of Legal Affairs and CIF;
• Running the negotiation of deal terms and conditions with lenders, equity shareholders, and off-takers, with the oversight of the Investment Director and Transactions Manager;
• Supporting the Investment Director and Transactions Manager in making commercial decisions to facilitate the Financial Close of projects, whilst maintaining Red Rocket strategic objectives;
• Implementing the strategy to implement and coordinate Financial Close with the oversight of the Investment Director and Transactions Manager;
• Managing the implementation of various Financial Close work streams with the Transactors;
• Overseeing the management of the Conditions Precedent (CP) Checklist with the Transactors;

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or Business
• 6 years’ experience within renewable project finance and/or banking and finance
