About the Role:

The Finance Manager will own the full spectrum of finance responsibilities for the company's South African operations. You will help shape financial strategy, strengthen controls, and deliver actionable insights to support growth.
This is a high‑impact role for a seasoned professional ready to influence senior stakeholders and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial reporting and analysis
Budgeting and forecasting
Cash flow and treasury management
Improve the performance of key areas, including inventory, accounts payable, and cash collections.
Tax compliance and auditing
Lead and support the finance team, ensuring high performance and collaboration.
Oversee day-to-day finance operations, providing guidance and leadership.
Process improvement, and ad hoc financial projects
Work with ERP systems and other financial tools to streamline reporting and analysis

Requirements:

BCom Degree in Accounting, with completed articles with a recognized firm.
Preferably a qualified CA(SA)
Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial position
Advanced Excel skills, Power BI and proficiency in ERP systems
High ethical standards and a strong commitment to compliance and regulatory requirements.
Strong Organizing Skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong problem-solving abilities
Focus on improving financial processes and systems.
Strong communication skills.
Flexible and willing to take on new challenges for professional growth and development
