My client, based in Durbanville, is looking for an analytical and commercially minded Cost Accountant to join its finance team. Operating in a fast-paced production environment, the business offers the opportunity to get close to operations and influence how performance, profitability and investment decisions are made.
Purpose of the roleYou'll bridge the gap between finance and operations, developing accurate costing models, analysing performance and identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies and profitability. You'll liaise with the various department heads to ensure budgets stay on track.
