This Financial Services Advisor role at Concentrix is a great match if you:
- Minimum of Grade 12 / Matric with Mathematics or Accounting as a subject
- Minimum 12 months of Financial Support experience within a UK campaign/BPO (Essential)
- Customer Service Experience (Advantageous)
- Clear criminal and credit record
- Ability to work on multiple systems
- Able to prioritise and organise workload
- B2 English Language

- Identifies, assesses, and reports risks (conduct, operational, credit, financial crime) and takes action to mitigate them.
- Ensures full compliance with Financial Crime regulations — including anti-money laundering, sanctions, bribery, corruption, terrorist financing, and tax evasion controls.
- Follows TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) guidelines and protects customer data through correct &V processes.
- Accurately records all call content and actions on relevant systems.
- Completes 100% of mandatory training and escalates complex issues appropriately.
- Shows personal resilience during emotionally difficult conversations.
- Acts as a brand role model and stays current on Santander UK products and services.
- Commits to ongoing learning, self-assessment, and development training
. - Works closely with line managers on growth areas and actively contributes to performance reviews and plans.
- Educates customers and signposts them to support resources or third-party help to prevent further debt.
- Matches customers to sustainable debt solutions so they can repay what's owed and the bank can recover funds.
- Refers accounts to Debt Collection Agencies or Litigation when appropriate.
- Keeps customer contact details up to date

- Listens actively and empathetically
