Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for valuation, LBO, M&A, and DCF analyses.
- Conduct thorough industry and company-specific research to support transaction execution and client advisory.
- Prepare compelling pitch books, client presentations, and marketing materials.
- Assist senior bankers in all aspects of deal execution, from origination to closing.
- Perform due diligence on potential transactions and support negotiation processes.
- Monitor market trends and identify potential opportunities for the firm and its clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a quantitative field from a top-tier university.
