** 32-bedroom hotel, 8-bedroom guesthouse, on-site restaurant and standalone restaurant
** is seeking an experienced
** Group Financial Manager
** to take full ownership of the Group’s finance function.

This is a
** hands-on, in-person leadership role**, combining strong operational financial management with strategic commercial input. Working closely with ownership and senior management, you will play a key role in driving
** financial performance, profitability and continued growth
** across the Group.
** Key Responsibilities*
* • Oversee the full finance function across all business units  
• Prepare monthly management accounts, reporting and reconciliations  
• Manage payroll, creditors, debtors and cash flow  
• Oversee statutory, tax and audit requirements  
• Lead and develop the finance team  
• Monitor stock, cost of sales and F&B margins  
• Strengthen financial controls, systems and processes  
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning  
• Provide commercial analysis and financial insight to ownership  
• Identify cost efficiencies and revenue-enhancing opportunities  
• Oversee CAPEX planning and investment appraisal  
• Prepare board-level reporting and business performance analysis
** Requirements*
* • Relevant
** Financial Qualification – essential**  •
** 5–15 years' experience
** in a Group Financial Manager / senior finance role  
• Hospitality finance experience
** strongly advantageous*
* • Proven operational and strategic financial management capability  
• Strong leadership and team management skills  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills  
• Advanced MS Excel and accounting software proficiency  •
** Xero Certification advantageous**  •
** Semper PMS/POS experience advantageous
