The Ninety One Investment Acceleration Programme (IAP) is a full-time, two-year development programme designed to attract exceptional talent into global investing.
Created for high-performing individuals from diverse academic and professional backgrounds, the IAP provides structured exposure across investment teams, CFA support, and deep immersion in Ninety One's long-term investment culture.

The Investment Acceleration Programme attracts high-performing professionals from diverse academic and professional backgrounds, including:
- Recently qualified chartered accountants (CAs) with zero to two years of post-qualification experience
- Professionals with technical degrees (e.g. medicine, engineering) who have an additional finance qualification (MBA, CFA, or master’s in finance)
- Professionals with non-technical degrees (e.g., law, political science, or arts) who have an additional finance qualification (MBA, CFA, or master’s in finance)
- Recent graduates (honours) with zero to four years of experience
- Strong academic record
- A genuine passion for investment and global markets
- The ability to think independently and long-term
- Values aligned with ownership, integrity and growth
